In listing your home, I provide a lot of advertising including a newsletter that goes out to 1,100+ homes each month.  Your home can be on the front page as one of my featured homes.  I also send out a "Just Listed" card to your neighbors.  Neighbors are always looking for homes for their family and friends.  I provide a full-color, professionally designed sign and custom flyers for my listings.  Not only do I market locally, I also tap into the power of the Internet to maximize exposure.  I publish my listings on:

1. Multiple Listings Service (MLS) - Main place that registered and licensed real estate agents go to view houses for sale.
2. CraigsList.com - Online Classified Ads.  This site gets over 5 billion page views per month!
3. Realtor.com - The Official site of the NAR (National Association of Realtors).  Definitely a "must have" for all listings.

I purchase Virtual Tours through CirclePix.com for listings that show well.  CirclePix will produce 360 degree images of your home for interested buyers to view.  I can also enhance the CirclePix experience by integrating your floor plan with your tour.  A Virtual Tour is great to have if your home is fully furnished and painted.  I also provide tips on how to improve your listing to make your house show like a model home.
